To complete your installation, you’ll need your Starlink Kit, router, and mount on-site. If you’re missing any of these, you can either contact our customer service team or choose the second option to have us order them for you. Please note: Flat High Performance and Enterprise Kits do not include a router.

The Residential Standard Kit (Gen 3) includes everything except the mount.

If you do not have a mount yet, no worries at all — most ship within 2–5 days.

Do You Have Your Starlink KIT and Mount?

Do you have your Starlink equipment.

You’ve received your Residential Starlink Kit and mount, or you’ll be receiving both packages soon. Keep in mind that mounts are sold separately. In the next question, if needed, we’ll help you choose the best mount for your setup.

If you do not have your Residential Starlink Kit yet and you would like help ordering it, we’re happy to assist. But first, let’s see what mount you’ll need for your installation – we want to make sure that you don’t spend money on something unneeded.
