1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Starlink Installation Techs, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Service Overview

Starlink Installation Techs offers professional installation for Starlink satellite systems. This includes dish mounting, network cable installation, and router setup, ensuring proper system operation.

3. Customer Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information when submitting a service request. You must also ensure that the installation site is suitable for Starlink installation, including having the necessary power sources, clear view of the sky, and accessibility.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including fees, payment methods, and deadlines, will be outlined in your service agreement. A deposit of roughly 40% of your total cost is required to book your technician. Full payment is required to begin the installation process. Additional costs may apply for unique installation requirements, such as additional equipment or difficult access.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

To qualify for a full refund, cancellations must be made within the designated time frame before the scheduled installation. Cancellations made outside this window may incur a fee, which will be detailed at the time of booking. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of service.

6. Service Warranties and Limitations of Liability

Services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. Starlink Installation Techs makes no guarantees regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of your Starlink system post-installation. We are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property during installation, service interruptions, or delays.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in service resulting from events beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Changes to Terms

Starlink Installation Techs reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Equipment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the proper use and care of Starlink equipment after installation. Damage caused by improper handling, moving, or interference post-installation is the sole responsibility of the customer.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which services are provided, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Privacy Policy

Your personal data, including contact information and service details, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which protects your information from unauthorized access and misuse.

12. Termination of Services

Starlink Installation Techs reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate installations at any time if there is a breach of these terms, failure to pay, or unsafe conditions at the installation site.
